Richie, Thank you so much for the memories we made with Lauden.
He's ready to go again next summer! Next time we're out I'll
do more fishing, but my goal was for Lauden and Bob to fish...Bob
always puts me first when it's just me and him so I could
give back the favor this trip for him. We'll continue to try
sending clients to you...I posted the best photo's on FB..giving
richielottoutdoors a big plug...
Captains Comments:
Bob and Doreen, you are both welcome on my boats anytime.
We all had a great time catching fish offshore that day including
the endagered Red Snapper! Lauden was a good sport and a great
little fisherman. He never whined our complained about one
single thing the entire day and it was nice to see him on
so many fish. I ma glad the weather cooperated and we look
forward to seeing you guys again soon! Thanks for your business!

Richie/Andy,
we just wanted to say thanks again! We had fun today and we
all have a new friend as well! I have never laughed so hard
nor have I ever caught a Tarpon and I cannot thank you enough
for putting forth the effort and staying late yesterday to
be sure we caught one. You called it... incoming tide at that
spot. You knew it would happen and it did! We'll never forget
it. We consider you a friend and you can look forward to seeing
us 6-8 times each year. We can't wait for the phone call saying
the Bull Reds are there. Did that huge Hammerhead Shark ever
show up again? I thought I would die laughing when you took
off your belt and swung it at him!! Richie, thanks again,
Joe and Tori.
Captains
Comments: Joe, I am glad I could make your day, bro. Yeah,
we saw the T-Head again. I did not want him near my boat.
I actually did hit his dorsal with my belt... FUN TRIP! Thanks
for the comments.

Our company books corporate outings with Richie Lott &
Associates because of their fishing talent and their fun sense
of humor which entertains our clients. The fish are a bonus
(which we always catch fish) but you will not find some this
fun to fish with. Great stories, great fun and by the tme
you are off the boat you will have a fishing history lesson
as well. A++++ Service with nice boats and equipment.
Captains
Comments: Scott and John, we appreciate the comments. Maybe
next time we can keep everyone INSIDE the boat. The latest
trip was absolutely PRICELESS!

Captain Lott ordered had unch with us and we sat and discussed
world affairs (yeah right) for about 30 or 40 minutes. After
Lunch, Captain Lott's associate went to the bait shop and
bought up some shrimp. It was then off to the triple tail
grounds..... Tripletail come in many different sizes, as I'm
sure you are aware... There's small ones... And then there
are the others.... One of the best fights of my life. Definitely
a fish that I will be pursuing more often. It took between
12 and 15 minutes to finally wear that big boy down, and back
at the dock on the digital scale, he was determined to be
13 pounds. First time I've ever sight fished in my life...first
time I've ever targeted triple tail...first time I've ever
hooked up with a fish that I stalked. WHAT A BLAST!!!!! I
had a great time, as did the boys. Praises for Captain Richie
Lott! We had to re-schedule twice because of the weather.
He could easily have said, after our first trip didn't happen
that he didn't have room on his book to do it, but no. He
was willing to work with me, and what a day it turned out
to be. The Captain is very knowledgable and I was more than
pleased with his efforts today. This was a trip that he gave
away and he worked as hard as if I were paying him a full
charter fee. Captain Lott is to be commended for his work
ethic and his skills! Thank you Captain, for a day that my
sons and I will remember for the rest of our lives. Brad

Jon - Location: Athens GA - Comments: The video and pics does
the whole trip no justice. The morning started with a quick
ride from the Marina. On our way out we saw a few hogs walking
near the salt marsh. Once we were pass the breakers Capt.
Richie and the Mate Eric quickly made bait. With in another
15 mins we had out 1st fish on. The Sharks went from 4lbs
to 150lbs and we were on them all day. We caught one Duskey,
Several Browns, Several acrobatic Spinners, and toped it off
with a few bruiser sized Black tips. Oh I almost forgot about
the monster Warsaw We even had a school of Tarpon on us for
awhile. They were rolling every were but unfortunately they
had lock jaw, luckily though the sharks didn't. I must say
it was a great trip that I want forget. I know its been said
but Capt. Richie was a great host, good Capt. and all around
good guy to hang out with.

Thanks again Captain Richie for your generosity. I had an
absolute ball. Folks, if you want to catch some fish and fish
with a top notch captain and mate give Captain Richie a call.
You won't regret it. Capt. Richie, my sincerest thanks are
added. Yesterday was a trip I won't forget. The day was perfect....flat
seas, big fish, a most knowledgeable and gracious host, a
great mate, and the opportunity to meet some fellow woodities.
My arms are sore this morning and I've already told the stories
to my kids.

Thursday,
August 07, 2008 Sanctuary Cove: Golden Isles, Georgia Sanctuary
Cove Sponsored Boat in Golden Isles Kingfish Classic ST MARYS,
GA - 7 AUGUST 2008 - Sanctuary Cove, a Bluegreen Golf Community,
sponsored a local boat in The Golden Isles Kingfish Classic
July 31- August 2. The Golden Isles Kingfish Classic is the
Southern Kingfish Association’s biggest event in Georgia.
It's an extremely important one to the fishermen. It's for
bragging rights and for the top prize, a brand new Contender
boat. All proceeds from the tournament stay in the local community
and support many charitable organizations.
The
Sanctuary Cove sponsored boat, The O-Zone, was captained by
Richie Lott. The crew of the O-Zone had a very respectable
2-day aggregate total for the tournament at 56 Pounds,
but received a standing ovation for saving the lives of the
all female crew of The Pink Mullet! The crew of the Pink
Mullet was in peril when the boat began taking on water in
rough, shark infested water offshore of Sapelo Island and
called “May Day”. Capt. Richie Lott and his crew heard the
call for help and immediately abandoned fishing and sped to
the rescue to find the women with water up to their knees
in the sinking boat. Lott moved his boat as close as possible,
and the crew of the Pink Mullet jumped safely onto the O-Zone.
The doomed vessel sank until only the tip of the bow remained
visible. It was quite an exciting day and Captain Lott and
his crew earned more than just bragging rights for winning
the tournament, they won bragging rights for saving the lives
of a fellow crew! Capt. Richie Lott simply responded with
"It is my duty, as a Captain, licensed by the US Coast
Guard and Dept. of Homeland Security to aid in any emergency
situation if I am able. We took an oath when we signed up
to be licensed Captains to be safe and keep others safe while
upholding the standards and ethics of the US Coast Guard."
